Anna M Bell

Anna Maria Bell was born & grew up in suburban Brisbane. She is a descendant of the Wakka Wakka, Bindel and Batjula peoples with kinship ties to Cherbourg community, Minjerribah (North Stradbroke Island) and K’Gari (Fraser Island). She earned a Bachelor of Social Work (Honours) from Deakin University and a Master of Philosophy from the University of Qld. She has worked in Paediatric health for 10 years. Her passion is the improvement of health services and health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families.
