Emily Munro-Harrison

Emily is a Wiradjuri woman with English and Scottish heritage, raised on Boonwurrung Country. Her background includes evaluation, policy and programs, and she is currently working as a Research Fellow in Indigenous Health at the University of Melbourne, on a regional project focusing on female perpetrated youth violence, and the health and wellbeing benefits of connection connection to Country, place and communities. Emily is in the second year of her PhD examining identities of young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people living in Melbourne. This includes working with many Aboriginal organisations, and organisations that support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
