This presentation will highlight the results of the evaluation of the cultural model of supervision that has been undertaken by the SEWB WSU over the last two years. It will also demonstrate a live example of how it works in groups with participants being able to observe a peer supervision session and the model in action using the reflective practice and strengths based feedback skills that workers across the state have been trained in.
The live demonstration will consist of workers and WSU staff.
